Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head - Facilities to manage and maintain our facilities at our Ludhiana location. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a B.Des degree and 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, space planning, or related fields within the consumer electronics and appliances industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and upkeep.

Develop and implement space planning strategies to maximize efficiency and employee comfort, aligning with company growth.

Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with various departments to understand their facility needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Contribute to the design and aesthetic appeal of the workplace, ensuring it reflects the company's brand.
