Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent individual to join our team as Head - Network Operations, based in Jaipur. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining critical network infrastructure within a fast-paced clinical research environment. You will be responsible for supporting network operations, ensuring system uptime, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and user queries.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and projects.
Document network configurations and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.
