Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training modules for new hires and existing staff.
- Support the execution of training sessions, workshops, and online learning activities.
- Help in evaluating training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistical arrangements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Provide support for e-learning platform administration and user queries.
