Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health & Fitness Associate to join our team at our luxury hotel in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about promoting wellness and ensuring a high standard of health and fitness services for our guests and staff. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing wellness programs, managing fitness facilities, and contributing to the overall well-being of our hotel community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of fitness and wellness programs for guests and employees.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized guidance to individuals.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of fitness equipment and facilities.
- Educate guests and staff on health, nutrition, and exercise principles.
- Support the management in organizing wellness events and workshops.
- Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of health and fitness services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the health and fitness industry.
