Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Homeopathy Physician with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This unique role blends expertise in homeopathic medicine with advanced legal understanding, focusing on compliance, ethical considerations, and research within the healthcare technology domain. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing and implementing policies related to healthcare data, patient rights, and regulatory frameworks, leveraging their dual expertise to ensure adherence to national and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the legal and ethical implications of homeopathic practices within a technology-driven healthcare environment.
- Review and develop policies and procedures for patient data management, ensuring compliance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant Indian data protection laws).
- Conduct research on the intersection of homeopathic medicine, law, and technology, contributing to white papers and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and R&D teams to ensure all healthcare technology solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
- Provide expert consultation on the scientific and legal validity of homeopathic treatments for integration into digital health platforms.
- Interpret and apply relevant national and international healthcare and pharmaceutical laws to business operations.
- Assist in developing training materials for staff on legal and ethical aspects of homeopathic healthcare delivery.
- Stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes and scientific advancements in both homeopathy and health informatics.
