Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Generalist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain comprehensive experience in various HR functions within the fast-paced hardware and networking industry. You will support the HR department in executing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing and screening.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Assist in performance management processes and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
