Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to Zoho's product functionalities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase.
- Configure and customize software settings based on client specifications.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use the software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation-related issues or client queries promptly.
- Work closely with internal technical and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Document implementation processes, client feedback, and best practices.
