The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and integration of our technology solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of client projects, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting defined quality standards and client expectations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Train clients on the usage of implemented solutions and provide necessary documentation.
