Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the import and export process for medical devices and equipment, ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations and international trade laws.

Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other external agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective clearance and delivery of goods.

Monitor shipment status, track goods in transit, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.

Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including duties, taxes, and fees.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in import/export operations.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to international trade and logistics.
