Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Relations professional with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will support the management and enhancement of employee relations within our dynamic fitness and wellness organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of industrial relations policies and procedures.

Support the resolution of employee grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies and legal frameworks.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India, including the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other relevant legislation.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to industrial relations matters.

Conduct research on labor law updates and best practices in industrial relations.

Collaborate with HR and legal teams to manage contractual obligations and employee contracts.

Participate in union negotiations and consultations as required.

Assist in conducting employee training on labor laws and industrial relations matters.
