Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Banking Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for supporting strategic financial initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate development activities within WPP India. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen and B.A. education to provide critical insights and drive value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and market research to support M&A, divestitures, and strategic investments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and other deal-related documentation for senior management and clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors impacting the advertising and marketing sector in India.
- Support due diligence processes, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external financial partners.
- Contribute to the financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
