Career Opportunity: Investment Banking Associate (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, including a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, deal execution, or a related field. You will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, debt, and equity financings.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development.
- Perform due diligence and assist with transaction closing processes.
