Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing communication between the company and its investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and other communication materials for investors, including earnings releases and annual reports.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, calls, and roadshows.
- Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market perceptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
- Support the CFO and senior management in all investor relations activities.
