Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a solid understanding of various IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data.
Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.
Participate in IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
