The Kit Manager will be responsible for the organization, inventory, and distribution of various print materials and resources, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of required kits to different departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all print materials, supplies, and promotional kits.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments of paper, ink, and other printing supplies.
- Assemble and prepare kits for specific projects, events, or distribution channels.
- Track and manage the usage and depletion of inventory, reordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of kits.
- Assist in quality control checks of printed materials before they are kit-packaged.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for all materials and kits.
- Support in the preparation of reports related to inventory levels and kit distribution.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement of necessary kit components.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
