Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Kit Manager to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate with a passion for sports and logistics, looking to gain hands-on experience in managing sports equipment and inventory within a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for the efficient organization, maintenance, and distribution of all sports kits and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all sports kits and equipment, including tracking stock levels, usage, and condition.

Kit Preparation & Distribution: Organize, pack, and distribute sports kits for various events, teams, or departments as required.

Maintenance & Repair: Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs of sports equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Quality Control: Ensure all kits and equipment meet the required quality standards before and after use.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for the procurement and delivery of new equipment and supplies.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, equipment usage, and maintenance needs.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensure all equipment handling and storage practices comply with safety regulations.
