Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and internal policies. This role is crucial in mitigating risks associated with customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence, particularly within the fast-paced building material industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough KYC checks on new and existing customers, verifying identity documents and information against established criteria.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential risks, suspicious activities, and red flags.
- Ensure all KYC documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Perform ongoing monitoring of customer accounts for any changes in risk profile or suspicious transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Compliance) to resolve KYC-related issues and gather necessary information.
- Stay updated on evolving KYC regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development and refinement of KYC procedures and training materials.
- Prepare reports on KYC compliance status and any identified risks for management review.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to KYC processes.
