Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Layout Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The Layout Engineer will be responsible for optimizing store layouts, product placement, and overall visual merchandising to enhance customer experience and drive sales. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, commercial understanding, and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to inform store layout decisions.
- Develop and implement effective store layouts that maximize space utilization and product visibility.
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure product placement aligns with sales strategies.
- Create visual merchandising plans and guidelines for store associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments based on layout and sales performance.
- Conduct store audits to ensure adherence to layout and merchandising standards.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on layout effectiveness and present findings to management.
