Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand leadership recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and internal databases, to identify and engage passive and active candidates for senior roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
