Career Opportunity: Leisure / Casino Manager (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leisure / Casino Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to oversee and manage our recreational and entertainment facilities at our Noida location. While the core of our business is agrochemicals, we believe in fostering a holistic employee well-being program, which includes managing leisure amenities. This role requires a unique blend of management skills and a scientific background, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all leisure and recreational facilities, including any gaming or casino-like entertainment areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for employees.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, drawing upon analytical skills developed during M.Pharma studies to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships associated with leisure facilities.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to organize employee events and recreational programs.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of facilities and services to identify areas for improvement.

Apply scientific and analytical thinking to problem-solving within the operational context.
