We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our critical infrastructure and equipment within a fast-paced content development and language services environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance strategies, and troubleshooting complex issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules and plans to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential equipment failures and implement proactive maintenance measures.
