We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager for our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. This role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making by providing robust financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to the business units within the electronic components manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in the development of business cases and financial justifications for new projects and investments.
- Contribute to process improvements within the FP&A function.
