Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM (Life Science/Laboratory Management) background to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role will involve supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes within our contract research and development facility, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for clinical research materials.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in process validation activities and documentation.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Support the scale-up of processes from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale.
