Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their business and management acumen, combined with an understanding of manufacturing processes, to contribute to the efficiency and optimization of our production lines. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing activities to meet production targets and timelines.
- Assist in process validation, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and procedures.
- Monitor production output, identify deviations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records.
- Participate in quality control checks and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment uptime and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support inventory management and material flow within the manufacturing unit.
- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
