We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Market Research / Insights Head. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to leverage their research and analytical skills in the dynamic BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary market research using online databases, industry reports, and other relevant sources.
- Assist in primary market research activities, including survey design and data collection.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights.
- Support the insights team in developing strategic recommendations based on research outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in market research and data analysis.
