Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations for our electrical equipment manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, identifying and qualifying new suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and build strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to forecast material needs and ensure seamless integration of new materials or components.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to material handling and storage.
- Analyze material usage trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular reports on material status, procurement activities, and cost analysis.
- Utilize ERP systems for efficient material planning, tracking, and management.
