Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Mechatronics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced understanding of large language models and mechatronic systems to design, develop, and optimize automated solutions within the textile and apparel manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, quality, and sustainability through intelligent system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain mechatronic systems for textile machinery, integrating AI and LLM capabilities for predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization.
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based algorithms for analyzing complex sensor data from manufacturing equipment to identify anomalies and predict failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and software development, to integrate intelligent automation solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in mechatronics, AI, and LLMs relevant to the textile industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems and their AI components.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, operational manuals, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
