Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Media Planning professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media channels, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis, with a B.Com background. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective media plans to support HAL's corporate communication and branding initiatives within the defence and aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive media plans across various channels (print, digital, broadcast, outdoor) to achieve communication objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimal media placements.
Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to ensure media plans align with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Manage media budgets effectively and optimize spending for maximum impact.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in media planning and advertising.
