Role Summary:
Janani Seva Trust is seeking a motivated individual to manage and enhance our health information systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of patient medical records, directly contributing to the efficiency of our healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM knowledge to streamline processes and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our NGO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance and organization of all electronic and paper-based medical records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Implement and manage health informatics systems to improve data collection, storage, and retrieval.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights for program improvement and strategic planning.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for record management and data security.
- Train staff on new informatics systems and best practices for record-keeping.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth data flow and information exchange.
- Support in the development of data-driven proposals and reports for funding and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of health service delivery through efficient information management.
