Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Des graduate looking to kick-start their career in the exciting world of retail and e-commerce operations. You will contribute to enhancing product presentation, optimizing online and offline retail experiences, and supporting various merchandising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of visual merchandising strategies for both online and offline channels.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product displays, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and suggest merchandising improvements.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the website and marketplaces.
- Research competitor activities and market trends in merchandising and retail to provide insights.
- Help manage inventory displays and ensure product availability and presentation on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive retail strategies.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and in-store signage.
