Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Midstream operations team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products within our manufacturing and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely material movement.
- Implement and optimize midstream processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze data related to material flow, storage, and transportation to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of supply chain strategies.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on midstream operations performance.
