Career Opportunity: Motorman (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motorman with 2-4 years of experience to join our technical operations team in Kolkata. The Motorman will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of power generation equipment and related systems, ensuring uninterrupted broadcast services. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor diesel generators, backup power systems, and associated control panels.
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs on all power generation equipment.
- Ensure efficient fuel management and inventory of spare parts.
- Conduct regular checks on electrical systems, voltage regulation, and load distribution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any power-related issues or outages promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs of operations, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures during operation and maintenance.
- Assist senior technicians with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
