Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mountaineering Instructor with a strong financial background (M.Com) to join our team in Lucknow. This unique role combines outdoor leadership with a strategic understanding of business operations, suitable for an individual with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for adventure and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead safe and engaging mountaineering expeditions and training programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and risk management plans for all outdoor activities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of climbing routes and wilderness areas.
- Provide expert instruction on climbing techniques, rope management, navigation, and wilderness survival.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all climbing and safety equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for expeditions, including transportation, accommodation, and supplies.
- Utilize M.Com knowledge to assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting for outdoor programs.
- Document program activities, incident reports, and financial expenditures accurately.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for participants.
- Stay updated on best practices in mountaineering safety and instruction.
