Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive mountaineering training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for all expeditions and training sessions.
- Provide guidance on equipment selection, usage, and maintenance.
- Lead expeditions and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Educate participants on navigation, survival skills, and environmental ethics.
- Leverage LLB education to advise on safety regulations, liability, and compliance in outdoor activities.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to employee welfare and recreational activities.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and incident reports.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with HR and management on employee engagement initiatives.
