Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security of our network infrastructure, ensuring the protection of sensitive company data and assets. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and threat mitigation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.

Monitor network traffic for security breaches and suspicious activities, and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of all network infrastructure and systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance our security posture.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
