Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of guest and staff health concerns, including taking vital signs and medical history.
- Provide basic medical care, administer first aid, and manage minor injuries and illnesses.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, coordinating with external medical services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Educate guests and staff on health and safety protocols, promoting a healthy environment.
- Stock and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with resort management to implement health and safety initiatives.
