Career Opportunity: Occupational Health & Safety - Other (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Occupational Health & Safety professional with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and safety knowledge to drive continuous improvement in OHS practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of OHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with Indian regulations and international standards.

Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits across all operational areas.

Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Develop and deliver OHS training programs to employees at all levels.

Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including those specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and R&D, to integrate OHS into business processes.

Maintain OHS records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's OHS management system.
