Career Opportunity: Oiler (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Oiler with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our Hardware & Networking team in Gurgaon. The Oiler will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and upkeep of critical hardware infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of networking equipment and associated systems. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware components, networking principles, and a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and inspection of hardware components within the server room and data center environment.
• Monitor hardware performance metrics and identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of servers, network devices, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, maintenance activities, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and security protocols related to hardware and data center operations.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve hardware-related incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry best practices.
