Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Orthopedist with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will involve strategic planning, operational efficiency improvements, and business development within the pulp and paper sector, leveraging a unique blend of medical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing healthcare services for our workforce and potentially explore new business avenues related to healthcare within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic healthcare initiatives for employee well-being, focusing on orthopedic health and injury prevention.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in healthcare service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential new business ventures related to orthopedic care or healthcare solutions within the paper industry.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for medical services and equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on healthcare performance and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize MBA/PGDM knowledge to contribute to business planning, financial analysis, and project management related to healthcare initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in both orthopedics and the pulp & paper sector to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
