We are seeking a dedicated Pain Specialist with a strong academic background in LLM and 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Delhi. The Pain Specialist will play a crucial role in understanding and mitigating risks related to complex contractual obligations and regulatory frameworks within the accounting and auditing domain. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen and analytical thinking to advise on potential pain points and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal documents, contracts, and regulatory provisions relevant to accounting and auditing practices.
- Identify potential legal risks, compliance gaps, and contractual 'pain points' for the firm and its clients.
- Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, audit, tax, advisory) to provide expert legal insights.
- Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes impacting the accounting and auditing industry in India.
- Assist in the review and drafting of firm policies and client advisories from a legal perspective.
