Career Opportunity: Payroll & Transactions - Other (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll & Transactions professional to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and handling various financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll laws in India, coupled with hands-on experience in transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian payroll laws, tax regulations (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.), and company policies.
- Manage employee data in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle all payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
- Process various financial transactions, including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and other operational payments.
- Reconcile payroll and transaction data with the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and tax-related reports for management and statutory authorities.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll and transaction processing.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to payroll and financial transactions.
