We are seeking a motivated Pediatrician with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulatory compliance within the healthcare and agricultural sectors, specifically for our operations in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a professional with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to a leading agrochemical company. The Pediatrician will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a focus on employee well-being and community health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical consultations and care to employees and their dependents, with a specialization in pediatric health.
Advise on and ensure compliance with all Indian healthcare laws, labor laws, and environmental regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety.
Develop and implement health and safety protocols, particularly for employee well-being and community outreach programs.
Conduct legal and regulatory reviews of company health policies and practices, ensuring alignment with the LLB degree.
Collaborate with legal and HR departments to address any health-related legal queries or disputes.
Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric medicine, public health, and relevant Indian legislation.
