We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our finance team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a Master's degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the financial operations of a leading company in the Pulp & Paper industry. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing financial transactions, and providing personalized banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Provide information and guidance on banking products and services to clients.
Identify client needs and cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
