We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our team in Bangalore. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for the accurate collection of biological samples from patients, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. This role is crucial for our occupational health and safety programs within the water treatment and waste management industry, supporting employee well-being and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection from patients accurately and efficiently.

Prepare patients for blood collection, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.

Ensure proper labeling and handling of all collected samples according to laboratory and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to infection control standards.

Manage and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.

Record patient information and test results accurately in the designated system.

Assist with basic health screenings and data entry as required.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the water treatment industry.
