We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager with a legal background to join our Thiruvananthapuram operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks and operational needs to manage and maintain our plant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety laws, leveraging LLB knowledge.

Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and compliance documentation.

Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot issues to resolution.

Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget.

Liaise with legal and compliance teams on any facility-related regulatory matters.
