Career Opportunity: Plant Project Manager (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a strong academic background, including an LLM degree, to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful planning, execution, and closing of various plant-related projects within our client engagements. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen, project management skills, and an understanding of industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and management of project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets for plant infrastructure and operational projects.

Conduct legal research and analysis related to project compliance, regulatory requirements, environmental laws, and contractual obligations specific to industrial plants.

Support the negotiation and review of contracts with vendors, contractors, and other third parties, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with project objectives.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies, including assessing legal and regulatory impacts.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, engineers, operations teams, and regulatory bodies.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
