Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Pharma degree to join our team as a Power Supply and Distribution - Other Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in the pharmaceutical supply chain and distribution within a leading hospital network. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant flow of pharmaceutical products across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring the inventory of pharmaceuticals, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support the distribution of medicines and medical supplies to various hospital departments and pharmacies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to drug storage and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure the integrity and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimize drug supply chain processes.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in the supply chain and assist in their resolution.
- Learn and implement best practices in pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
