Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Supply Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. The Power Supply Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the power supply infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations for our clinical research facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with an MBA/PGDM qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the power supply systems, including generators, UPS, and grid connections.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all power infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Analyze power consumption patterns and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards related to power management.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and critical components for power supply equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on power system performance, energy usage, and maintenance activities.
- Support in the planning and execution of power infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any power-related issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
