Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into product improvements within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will contribute to the product development lifecycle, focusing on user experience and data-driven insights to enhance our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and user pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers and design teams to translate user insights into product requirements and design specifications.
- Create user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize product concepts and user flows.
- Support the product team in defining and prioritizing product features based on user needs and business objectives.
- Participate in user testing sessions and analyze results to inform product iterations.
- Contribute to the development of product documentation and user guides.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
