Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and managing documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and escalate to project managers as needed.
- Support in creating project reports and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Contribute to design reviews and provide input from a design perspective.
- Assist in the procurement and logistics of project materials and equipment.
- Learn and apply project management best practices.
